People need to get help in Arabic or English, by speaking or typing, in places where the connection can drop at any time. Conversations have to stay on safe, defined paths, and what people report has to reach the right records.

My role
I co-lead the project and develop its conversational AI: speech-to-text, the guarded conversation workflows, and the reporting and database integration. Later work has extended into knowledge and text-mining functionality.
